Quest: Lose 10 kilos in 60 days - Day 38
I'm completely knackered from the league game against league table leaders Goms FC. Was again in starting 11. To strengthen midfield, we played 4-4-2. We moved the ball round quite well and jn the 15th minute, I finally put my name on the scoresheet from a rebound. And with my weaker right foot too. They equalized in the 2nd quarter then led 2-1. Our weakness in midfield was apparent altho we kept pace and some possession. I was cramping so was subbed. I went in 10 minutes before end of 3rd quarter but we were already down 4-1. Really pushed even thought right calf was cramping badly.
We fought but lost to a better team. Was a good clean game. Goms FC proved why they were league leaders and it showed.
Muscles are crazy aching but expect tomorrow to be worse! Time for early bed.
Rewarded myself with good dinner at parents and had a small serving of rice.
